Every year Wella hosts a Red Forum. This limited to 150 spaces throughout Australia and New Zealand. At the Wella Red Forum Attendees gain unique insights from guest speakers and artist about the last products, trends and innovations. We will be attending the Wella Red Forum every year and can’t wait to see where the next one in 2025 will be hosted!!!

Keynote speakers included industry leaders Natasha Grossman (CEO of HOB Salons, UK), Monique McMahon (Que Colour, Australia), Pablo Divitaris (Biba Salon, Australia), and psychologist Jamil Qureshi. Each brought fresh insights into the power of branding, team dynamics, and personal growth.
The event also featured the latest trends in hairdressing, offering an inspiring look into where our craft is headed. This experience was invaluable for learning and returned to the salon energised and ready to bring our best to our clients and team!
2023: Denpasar Bali
The 2023 Wella Red Forum in Bali, themed IGNITE Your Growth, was an unforgettable experience and our first-ever Red Forum. We left inspired, informed, and ready to push new boundaries in our work. The forum featured remarkable guest speakers, including Gus Balbontin and Kim Seeling Smith, who shared invaluable insights on growth, innovation, and team development. A major highlight was the release of Wella’s Ultimate Repair range, a breakthrough collection that elevates hair care to a new standard!!
